of olive groves and Mediterranean garigue. It is only 7km away from Noto and 3km away from the Nature Reserve of Vendicari
with it's stunning and unspoilt beaches.
The property is situated on a private road and enjoys full peace and tranquility
with full sea views of the Golfo di Noto stretching as far as Portopalo di Capo Passero on the one side and extensive views
of the Iblea mountains and Noto on the other, reaching as far as Siracuse on a clear day.
The house offers 200sqm of living space and is surrounded by a further 200sqm of terraces partially shaded with pergolas
and providing ample facilities for dining and relaxing. Ample tables and chairs are provided.
